Online Claims Entry Using Internet Explorer 9
Early adopters of the Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) browser recently released by Microsoft for the Windows 7 operating system may find, when preparing claims via the Online Claims Entry function of myRSC, that claim service dates self-delete from the form during the Save process. This situation is a direct result of new code in IE9 that did not exist previously and our web developers are working to counteract it.
In the meantime, there is a simple remedy. When preparing a claim online using the IE9 browser in Windows 7, locate the "Compatibility View" button at the top of your browser window. Click this button either before or after you start entering data in the form – before you attempt the Save process. Your claim should save as normal, with all entered data intact.
