Carrie has been the driving force behind DataPath Administrative Services Inc. DPAS is a third-party administrator that manages the benefits for a varied selection of employers.
Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) certified Carrie for Certified Flexible Compensation (CFC) in 2000. Also, Carrie has recently been named as a facilitator for the ECFC for Certified Flexible Compensation Instruction (CFCI).
Carrie travels across Arkansas implementing and training Employers and Employees on the utilization of Alternative Benefit Plans. Carrie also assists DataPath, Inc. clients with technical training on-site and in-house through the utilization of seminars and web seminars.
Carrie has over 7 years of experience in the fields of Human Resource and Benefits. Carrie is married and has two sons. She enjoys spending time with family, camping, boating, and traveling. She also enjoys watching her two sons play sports.
Ben comes to DPAS with 8 years of experience in implementing 105 plans on a national and local level. Ben has spent several years in the past as an agent working with employers redefining their budgets saving the employers approximately 40% of their fully insured premiums.
Ben also comes to DPAS with Several years of Marketing 105 plans to self-funded employers with CDH Plans. With his knowledge of HRA's and MERP Plans, he will be able to give you knowledge to compete with the Consumer Driven Health Plans that are entangled inside of the carrier plans.
Kim is a Certified Payroll Professional who brings more than 15 years Experience in Payroll, Customer Service and Human Resources to DPAS. She has served as a Team Leader for a large Professional Employer Organization, as well as a Payroll Supervisor for a large nationwide chain.
Kim has only been with DataPath, Inc. since January, but she currently works as the COBRA Account Manager for DPAS as well as payroll processor for DataPath. She played a key role in starting the new sister company to DPAS; DataPath Employer Services. Kim is also a member of the APA.
Michelle has been with DataPath Administrative Services since May of 2005. Currently, she fills the role of Account Manager, providing administration for HRA, MERP, and FSA plans. She comes to DataPath with several years of experience in the medical and insurance fields, performing customer service and office management duties.
She also enjoys spending time with her husband Aaron and their twp kids Jonathan and Alexandria.
Robbie Graves joined DataPath Administrative Services, Inc. in November 2003 and specializes in Cafeteria Plan administration. If you have any 125 administration questions, feel free to contact Robbie. She has over 10 years of Customer Service experience and will be happy to assist you.
Robbie enjoys spending her time with her husband Scott and her son Miles. Robbie also enjoys oil painting, reading, scrap booking and gardening.
Susan Walker resides in Little Rock with her husband, Don Walker. She has 6 children and 3 grandchildren. Susan has lived in Little Rock most of her life.
She has owned her own local business and managed several other establishments. She has experience with sales, customer service and USDA Commodities for Quality Foods, both in Arkansas and Mississippi. She was also the office manager for Aramark Food Service for the University of Mississippi.
Saintete joined the DataPath team in December 2005. Formerly from New Orleans, Louisiana, Mrs. Martinez is a Licensed Medical Assistant and a Licensed Manicurist. In New Orleans for 3 ½ years, she worked as a front and back office Medical Assistant for a well respected OB/GYN practice. She then left the medical office to work in her family operated salon April’s Coiffeurs Incorporated as a Licensed Manicurist.
Following Hurricane Katrina, she relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas. Since relocating she has worked as a Licensed Manicurist for Salon Jonathan Kent until December 2005, that is when she became a part of the DataPath family.
Denise came to DataPath Administrative Services in October of 2007 as a Benefit Coordinator with medical and data entry experience. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Dovie Norcross has been with DataPata since the end of January as an Account Manager. She comes to DataPath with over 20 years experience in insurance, marketing, and customer service. She recently retired after almost 22 years with a national church insurance company. Dovie resides in Little Rock with her husband Joe. She enjoys writing, painting, stitching, and is learning to play the piano.
Candy Darr joined DataPath in January 2008 as a Benefits Coordinator with data entry, customer service, and office management experience. She has owned and operated several local businesses, including an advertising/marketing/public relations firm for 11 years, a graphic design studio for five years, and an e-commerce (online) retail business since 1999. Candy and her husband, Matt, are the parents of three boys and three girls and have two grandchildren.
