Ben Robbins- Director of DPAS
Ben Robbins came to DataPath, Inc. in 1997 with the anticipation of becoming a licensed health and life agent in the State of Arkansas. His first tasks were to become familiar with CDHP and its impact on the market. As the lead broker for Granite Financial Group, Ben Robbins became the driving force behind many employers' successful CDHP designs. With a few years of experience as a broker and understanding the market, Ben Robbins began his future in sales for DataPath, Inc. His continued experience in plan design structuring has brought a wealth of knowledge to DataPath's software clients in the CDHP market place.
Ben has been one of the driving forces behind DataPath's myPathSM wellness program, adding an interactive wellness component to DataPath's online offerings through the myRSCSM web-portal.
Before joining DataPath, Inc. as the Executive Director of Sales, Ben was a Plant Supervisor of an overseas bread company, Bakels. His primary job duties were to oversee the day-to-day activities and to maintain product quality control. In addition, Ben coordinated with the Sales team to effectively schedule and deliver quality product.
Susan Walker- Supervisor and Account Manager
Susan resides in Little Rock with her husband, Don Walker. She has 6 children and 3 grandchildren. Susan has lived in Little Rock most of her life.
She has owned her own local business and managed several other establishments. She has experience with sales, customer service and USDA Commodities for Quality Foods, both in Arkansas and Mississippi. She was also the office manager for Aramark Food Service for the University of Mississippi.
Robbie Graves - Account Manager
Robbie joined DataPath Administrative Services, Inc. in November 2003 and specializes in Cafeteria Plan administration. If you have any 125 administration questions, feel free to contact Robbie. She has over 10 years of Customer Service experience and will be happy to assist you.
Robbie enjoys spending her time with her husband Scott and her son Miles. Robbie also enjoys oil painting, reading, scrap booking and gardening.
Candy Darr - Account Manager
Candy joined DataPath after 25 years of business ownership and management experience in the fields of e-commerce, advertising and graphic design, marketing and public relations. Starting out as a Benefits Coordinator in January 2008, Candy now serves as Account Manager for HRA and FSA groups. She and her husband, Matt, are the parents of six and grandparents of two.
Chris Fettes - COBRA Account Manager
Chris joined DataPath, Inc. in July 2008 and DataPath Administrative Services, Inc. in early 2009. Chris serves DPAS as COBRA Account Manager and DataPath, Inc. as assistant to the HR Director. As an undergraduate at the University of Central Arkansas, Chris studied English and American Literature and Creative Writing and enjoys reading, gardening, and playing music in his spare time.
Teresa Davis - Implementation Specialist
Teresa returned to DataPath Administrative Services in March of 2009 as New Group Implementation Coordinator with a background in the legal field. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and watching her boys play baseball, football and swim.
Denise Cummings - Accounting
Denise came to DataPath Administrative Services in October of 2007 as a Benefit Coordinator with medical and data entry experience. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
Jeremy Rowland- Accounting
Jeremy was born the son of a military enlistee in Fort Worth, Texas, but moved to Arkansas in the mid 80s. After his own stint in the military, Jeremy attended the University of Central Arkansas, graduating in 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and has been working as an accountant for DPAS since 2008. He and his two daughters, Skylar (4) and Ryanne (1) are all Texas Longhorns fans.
Saintete Martinez - Account Manager
Saintete joined the DataPath team in December 2005. Formerly from New Orleans, Louisiana, Mrs. Martinez is a Licensed Medical Assistant and a Licensed Manicurist. In New Orleans for 3 ½ years, she worked as a front and back office Medical Assistant for a well respected OB/GYN practice. She then left the medical office to work in her family operated salon April’s Coiffeurs Incorporated as a Licensed Manicurist.
Following Hurricane Katrina, she relocated to Little Rock, Arkansas. Since relocating she has worked as a Licensed Manicurist for Salon Jonathan Kent until December 2005, that is when she became a part of the DataPath family.
Michelle DerGazarian - Customer Service Lead
After a short hiatus, Michelle DerGazarian rejoins us with 4 years of experience with DataPath Administrative Services, where she held a variety of positions, including Account Manager and Benefits Coordinator. She resides in Little Rock with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Patricia Daly - Benefits Coordinator
A native Arkansan, Pat's recent return to her hometown has been a boon for DataPath. With more than ten years of experience working in all aspects of medical billing, Pat adds some great depth and knowledge to the DPAS team. Throughout her career she has worked for hospitals and medical offices from Texas to Ohio, becoming a certified medical transcriptionist along the way. Pat is a member of the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC).
A proud mother of two kids and one cat, Pat would rather be in the water than in the office (any lake or beach will do).
Mary Martin - Customer Service
Mary works in customer service at DPAS. She was born in Little Rock, AR and attended high school at Little Rock Central High. She has one class left for her bachelor of arts degree in Anthropology from UALR, and a minor in geography from U of A. She also works at Grady's pizza part-time or whenever they need her. During her free time she enjoys family, traveling, and the Great outdoors.
Vonda Howard - Customer Service
Vonda joined the DPAS team in May 2011. She has over 20 years of health insurance experience. She graduated from ITT Tech in September 2010 with an associate's degree in Computer Networking Systems. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her friends and family.
Don Willis - IT Liaison
Don Willis joined joined the DPAS team in May of 2009 as the IT liaison. Originally Houston, Texas, Don moved to Arkansas in 1978 to attend Ouachita University. Don brings 20+ years of experience in the Data Processing/Information Systems field. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. Don lives outside of Morrilton, with his wife and mother-in-law. He is the proud grandfather of three grandchildren.
